Our family of fly trapping units poses none of the contamination risks of chemical fly control systems and meets all applicable USDA and FDA guidelines. The systems are so effective because flying insects are drawn to our Special UV light with UV Booster Reflectors. When the insects enter the control chamber a blend of sex pheromones and food scents act as a decoy for feasting flies and drives them crazy. The flying insects are then trapped on our silent motorized mechanism which carries them into a take-up reel cartridge which lasts for up to 60 days before the reels are replaced and the dead flies are thrown into the trash. At no time are the operator’s hands in contact with the fly-covered trapping surface. This combination of attractants and decoys give our fly control systems a powerful and effective trapping capability. All of our fly controls systems are non-toxic, clean, effective and good looking. Important: UV lamp(s) become ineffective for catching flies after approximately 6 months of use and must be replaced - even though they appear functional. |
