Our goal is to deliver a solid tire that is difficult to distinguish from an air tire that absolutely has no downtime from flats. Foam Filled Flat Free Tires started out making flat free bike tires, however with the great advantages offered by their flat free Polyurethane Foam design, the wheelbarrow and hand truck tires have gained in popularity. They just never go flat because of superior foam filled designs. Each of the solid filled tires is filled with Solid Micro-cellular Polyurethane Foam. This foam is comprised of trillions of tinny continuous linked cell structure which make solid filled tires extremely durable. Our solid tires maintain the great bounce, rebound, and hysteresis which allow these flat-free tires to support heavy loads, while delivering the same performance as an air-filled pneumatic tire. |
