Manual Roll Groover

Manual Roll Groover - Finger adjust depth screw and gauge keys provide quick adjustment and accurate, repeatable grooves. The formed groves comply with the specification required for mechanical coupling systems.

Forms standard roll groves for 1 1/4" through 6" steel pipe. Weight 20 lbs. (9kg)

1 1/4" - 6" Schedule 10and schedule 40 Stainless steel pipes.

Can be used manually or when powered by the Wheeler - Rex Model 6090, 7090, 8090, 6790 or 300 machines by Ridge.

Uses heavy duty bearings, and a hardened round shaft roller.

Can roll grove 2" - 8" K. L. M & DWV copper pipe (with optional roller and shaft)

Comes standard with bent ratchet and ratchet extension

Grease Fitting for lubrication points.

Ball detents on both depth screw and pinion gear.
